Excellence and Professionalism

After hurricane Katrina Zach Ziemba

volunteered gutting homes. After gutting dozens of homes he spent a year voluntarily rebuilding homes. The next 5 years he worked with various non-profits repairing and rebuilding homes. After a few years as a job site foreman Zach joined the IBEW's apprenticeship program to strengthen his skills. and has been focused on electrical work ever since.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ideally, we like to speak with new customers over the phone before an initial site visit. Then we like to schedule a walk through of the job. Once we meet and discuss the job we offer a quote on how much the work will cost and then go from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From large contractors to single mothers we have had success working with all types of customers. Regardless of the client, we find that if communication is clear and the quality of work is high everyone gets what that they want.
